The sesame is mechanically hulled with no chemicals used. Tahini is pasteurized to ensure a clean, great tasting tahini. You can even use less tahini in your hummus batches because it is concentrated for great flavor. Due to minimal oil separation, no hard mixing is required. Our products are processed on a peanut-free processing line and are all natural with no preservatives. No chemicals are used in the manufacturing process. The result is Kosher Certified, Gluten free, and full of essential vitamins and minerals with NO trans fat.
