Instructions:
Puree the chickpeasTahini and garlic in a food blender, add the Tahini, lemon juice, cold water and salt. Puree another minute or two until the mixture becomes very smooth. Add more water (just a few drops at a time) as needed for desired thickness.
Serve with chips, pita bread or fresh veggies! Delicious!! I promise its way better than store-bought and so EASY!!! I had NO idea Hummus was so easy to make.
